1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and accessories are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Customized or special-order items.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at swbhd8866@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will provide you with the return instructions and return address.
  4. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.

👉 Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
